A female hotel manager been unsuccessful in her unfair dismissal claim against Kilmarnock Football Club, reports STV News.
The 61-year old, who worked for a hotel run by the football club, brought the unfair constructive dismissal claim after alleging that she had been bullied and undermined at work by the club's Chairman.
However, the employment tribunal in Glasgow ruled against her, saying that her claims were unfounded, and were the result of a “personal grudge” against the Chairman.
